This is the message I will always answer, and it is genuinely useful to me — the tools run entirely inside your browser, so when one fails I have no server log to read and no copy of what you were doing. All I have is what you tell me.

Three things turn a report into a fix: which tool, which browser and version, and what the file was — its format and roughly its size. If your browser console showed an error, that text is worth more than any description of it. Please do not send the file itself unless I ask; usually the shape of it is enough, and I would rather not have a copy of your document sitting in my inbox.

I read everything and answer most of it, usually within a few days — I am a full-time student, so a week is possible during exams. If something is time-sensitive, saying so in the subject line works.
